Refund Policy

We want you to love your CremaPress. If you don't, we've made returns simple.

If you're not completely happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement.

Email info@cremapress.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full — no need to return in some cases, just send a photo.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@cremapress.com with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
